This listing is for a Department 56, Christmas In The City Series, Milano of Italy building. The building is new, unused condition and comes in the original factory box. The box, however, does have a little wear and tear on it. We recently acquired a large number of Department 56 items that came from a store that went out of business. Most of the items are new, never displayed but with wear on the boxes. Some of them were display models. Some are older ones that have no packaging at all. Anyway, we will be listing a lot of them in the near future and we guarantee them to have no signs of damage on them unless we specifically mention it in the listing.
