Dept 56 Christmas in the City Art Institute of Chicago #59222. This box was sealed in tape, and we opened it just to check the contents. The piece is like-new. Light cord included in box. Just the outer box shows some shelf wear. Box measures 15.25″ x 5.75″ x 10.75. The estate was smoke-free and so is our home.

Department 56 – The Art Institute of Chicago – Christmas in the City. This has never been taken out of the box and is in perfect condition. The box has some damage as shown in the pictures but the item itself has no damages at all. The item is roughly 12 inches long and 9 inches tall. Please message me with any questions you have.
