DEPT 56 VERY RARE AND IN GREAT CONDITION USED ITEM! IT IS A LITTLE DIRTY AND WEAR AND SOME MILD DAMAGE TO BOX. SPOT THAT IS MISSING PAINT BUT COULD BE DUE TO HANDPAINTING, PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES CAREFULLY ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK! LITTLE DIRTY ON BOTTOM AND NEEDS A MILD CLEANING BUT NO OTHER PROBLEMS! Please see my other collectible and vintage items. Please Note: I carefully inspect every item that I sell for blemishes, stains, cracks, chips, crazing, repairs, etc… I thoroughly describe and photograph any imperfections that I find.
