56 Christmas In The City 2001 “Tavern In The Park”. It is in very good displayed condition. It was well cared for. The fancy restaurant is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The building stands approx. 71/2 inches tall x 8 1/2 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. The light cord adapter is included along with the flag for the roof. The detail is great, it will stand out in your village display. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. The the paper sleeve shows some wear on the edges from age and storage. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items. These charges are your responsibility. Pa residents are charged 6 % Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue as I may have missed something in my description but never intentionally.

56 Christmas In The City Series #58881 “Grand Central Station “. It is in excellent displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. It was well cared for. The building measures 8 1/2 inches high x 9 1/2 inches long x 6 inches wide. It comes with it’s light cord, and 2 little lamps for the building. It is a must have for your Christmas In The City display! It will be a great addition to your village display. Please check out the pictures! It has been stored in a smoke free home.
