Up for sale I have a hard to find Dept. 56, Christmas In The City Building. “WRIGLEY FIELD” Home of the Chicago Cubs, Item # 56.58933. This is in mint condition. It was a store display which sat on a covered shelf. The cord was not used so that is brand new. Also included are the 3 flags (shown on stadium). Department 56 Chicago Cubs Wrigley Field Collectible. From the Christmas in the City “Legendary Ballparks” series. This awesome World Series Champions Cubs collectible is in excellent condition and includes the original packaging, light/cord, and 3 American flags. Beautiful decorative display piece, lit or unlit. Perfect gift for the Cubs fan in your family. Back of the stadium lists the history or Wrigley Field and an overview of the Cubbies baseball team(s). Note: the black flagpoles have some paint chipping (easily corrected with a few dabs of model paint). Also, two of the flags are missing their tiny black base that connects them to the stadium. However, they can still be displayed, or could even be glued in place. Most importantly, the Stadium itself is basically flawless. THANKS FOR LOOKING AND GOOD LUCK! Listed is a Dept 56 Christmas in the city Wrigley Field. I don’t think this was ever displayed but not sure. There are no chips, cracks, etc to the piece. However, it is missing the three flags. There is also damage to the box. The box must have gotten wet at some point but I don’t see any water damage to any other part of the item. So please ask if you need more info.
