Dept 56 “Christmas in The City” 5-Piece Porcelain Large Building Set, Heritage. No chips, cracks, or fleabites. All building comes with original styrofoam packaging and box. One box is missing one person.
56 Christmas In The City 2001 “Tavern In The Park”. It is in very good displayed condition. It was well cared for. The fancy restaurant is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The building stands approx. 71/2 inches tall x 8 1/2 inches long x 5 1/2 inches wide. The light cord adapter is included along with the flag for the roof. THE FLAG IS A REPLACEMENT FLAG, I noticed it had been repainted. It displays fine, but I wanted to let you know. The detail is great, it will stand out in your village display. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home. The styrofoam box has a chipped off piece on the side, the box still holds the piece securely. The the paper sleeve shows some wear on the edges from age and storage. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items. Pa residents are charged 6 % Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue as I may have missed something in my description but never intentionally.

Department 56 Christmas in the City. A Department 56 Collectible. Christmas in the City. Cathedral Church of St Mark. Good Condition – Store Displayed – Appears to have very small, white specks of? On roof (almost like they used a liquid snow and this was the overspray). Styrofoam Box packaging and sleeve are present: Most of which are in excellent condition with minimal if any shelf wear. However, as they are 20+ years old, some Sleeve’s may have yellowing, sticker, water or other stains, bent edges or wrinkles. A couple of Sleeves do have a tear or a small amount of writing on them. Has proper light cord. Photo’s are of actual piece that you will receive. #2591 of 17,500 Pieces Produced. Note: as these are hand painted porcelain, individual nuances do occur—for example—a corner might have been missed being fully painted or you may be able to see brush strokes. Though this is old store stock. It was probably the store display. It has been in storage since at least 2008 – probably longer (as they put the last of their items from the closed shops in storage in 2008 – many items were already in storage when they closed the stores).
