Sleeve has some discoloration. Item appears brand new but when I was opening it, the Polar bear with cub fell on the ground and broke. Clean break so should be an easy fix.

This listing is for one Dept 56 Chicago White Sox Old Comiskey Park, Christmas In The City, layouts. Also included with the stadium layout, is one vendor. Both items are used but, are very clean and in great shape. I can’t see any chips or cracks. The stadium illuminates when plugged in and turned on. Both items come with their original box. The boxes are in just ok shape. The vendor does not light up, it is simply an accessory piece. It looks like the vendor accessory may never have been removed from the box until I took the pictures. The items are packaged exactly as shown.
