This listing is for a Dept 56 Christmas in the City TAVERN IN THE PARK! This CIC building has always been really popular, especially at Christmas time. It is so pretty lit up(with an atrium on both sides of the tavern) and looks great from the back, as well as the front, with a cozy fire burning. Building is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs and has the flag(which so oftentimes is missing with this piece) that inserts into the top of the building.
