Includes a figurine of a man and woman with two dogs, I never displayed the figurine. Building is in excellent condition except for a tiny chip on the back corner roof can be touched up with paint or left as is right now it looks like snow, I used this building in my Christmas Village Town Scene, box sleeve shows wear, it has two small holes on the bottom, one large hole for light, comes with light plug and a figurine of a woman and man with two dogs I never displayed the figures, the small tree is wired so you can shape it, great to add to your C. C collection, use for Christmas, display on window ledge, bookshelf or desk all year long. Makes a great gift. From a smoke and pet free home. Tip: if the light that goes in the back with bulb is too bright, you can put mini Christmas tree lights in the small holes in the bottom, it gives the houses a soft glow.
