Vintage 2004 rare Department 56 Christmas In The City series Retired Christmas Treasures Shop 59240 with its own mini Christmas village in the stores light up window display. Great versatile piece that can be either battery operated so it can be displayed anywhere using 4 AA batteries (not included) or use the included adapter piece and use standard department 56 wall plug in corded bulb light (not included). Tested and works perfectly, includes everything shown and only what is shown. Box has some shelf wear from age, please see pictures for what is included and condition.

56 Christmas In The City Series #56.59238 “Milano Of Italy “. It is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The clothing store measures 9 inches high x 4 1/2 inches long x 4 inches wide. It comes with it’s light cord and top finial. Check out the front display windows of the Italian shoes and beautiful clothing. Please check out the pictures! It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve is clean, the Styrofoam box had a slight crack that has been taped. It is a tight fit for the building, I guess that’s how it happened, but it is taped and it is strong. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items! Residents are charged Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue. I try to give a very accurate description but sometime I miss or forget to mention something but never intentionally.
