This piece is used and is in very good condition. Woolworth’s Dept Store in original box. Please request an invoice. N OTE: We are listing A LOT of Department 56 Christmas Houses. All of our Dept 56 items come from a home where they were on loved and were on display. Items will have surface dust/dirt from being out on display and may also have remnants of faux snow. The lighting has NOT been tested. If there are condition issues we will do our best to point them out and photograph them. Most items arrive in original boxes UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. The building and the original pieces which came with that building are included unless otherwise mentioned. Any additional figurines and or accessories are NOT included. IF a light cord was originally included, it will be new in original package, unused. Items will arrived well packed in bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Items will also be insured for their sale value. We are a a downsizing, decluttering, personal organizing, moving company and our headquarters is located in Charlottesville, VA.
