CHRISTMAS IN THE CITY. This is one of over 300 Department 56 Christmas Buildings and Accessories that came from one Large Estate. This, hand painted building has been looked over and been found to be in Excellent Condition and Comes in Original Box. The Issue we found was this, is this… If I can explain it right: There is a Light Cord… And it has a connection where it connects with an auxiliary inside the building and a switch that makes the lights around the bottom of the building flash or stay solid… What doesn’t work is that on the cord there is a bulb socket to aluminate the rest of the building… We have put in working bulbs – but they won’t light. We figure something is wrong with the socket. If you are adding this to a collection and you have a string of bulbs or you have another bulb to put in it from another cord PERFECT or if you can fix the bulb socket… Perfect THIS IS A DEAL!
