The Radio City Music Hall stands approx. 10 1/2 inches high x 6 inches long x 6 1/2 inches wide. It had been displayed and was well cared for. I have found no chips or cracks. The detail is really great on this piece. I replaced the adapter for the interior white light and yellow lights around the mezzanine with a new adapter from Dept. The adapter that came with the building was missing the white light bulb and the yellow lights would only work on the steady function so now they are in good working condition where you have the white interior light and the yellow mezzanine lights can stay on or with a push of the button they will blink on and off. It is a must have piece for your Christmas In The City display. If you have never been to New York City to see the Radio City Christmas Spectacular put it on your bucket list it is truly Spectacular. It has been stored in a smoke free home. The sleeve shows some wear from storage. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept 56 and other items. These charges are your responsibility. DEPT 56 RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL / Christmas in the City NYC / NO ADAPTER

RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL. CHRISTMAS IN THE CITY. I have no idea if the marquee lights work since I don’t have an adapter, thus the low price. It’s a true 50-50 if they work. The collector who owned this piece took all the adapters out of the boxes so I can assume that is why it’s not there… But I could be wrong. As a collector, you know this is a hard to find item. I looked it over very well (if you need more photos to make a decision, I can send them to you). To me, it looks like a typical Radio City Music Hall. A few little things here and there that one finds on this piece – like yellow glue (look at the photo of the marquee lights), some places where they could have painted it better, the paint showing it’s age, the styrofoam box is ok at best & the sleeve is coming apart at the seam and is crushed/ripped. I have had 4 of these to sell over the years and this one is pretty typical. I did not find any chips or cracks and the base looks clean meaning I suspect it wasn’t displayed much… Again, I just don’t know. This was not kept in pet free storage. (combined is not offered on this since it is very heavy). Please message me if you have any questions &. Please check my other listings.
