We are pleased to offer this beautiful lighted decoration made by Department 56 from the Christmas in the City collection as “Department 56 Studio, 1200 Second Avenue” item #58918. This piece was made as an anniversary event edition for 25. It depicts the downtown Minneapolis building that was built in 1920 and became the corporate offices and creative studios for Department 56 in the 1980s. This piece is a tribute to the artisans involved in Village production and includes interior displays of Department 56 giftware popular during the company’s tenure at this location.
