From a local estate where the former owner had rooms of Dept. 56 houses and accessories. Defazio’s Pizzeria comes in the original box and I can’t tell if it was ever displayed, may just have been stored. Bottom of the styrofoam has some brown spots and the box shows minor storage wear.
