Intricately detailed tan-brick building in the style synchronous with vaudeville theaters of the early 1900s. This building fits VERY tightly into the Styrofoam box. To remove, sit the box upright on a solid, surface. Gently alternate between the SOLID top portion and the base, very slowly and without excessive pressure to remove the building a small amount at a time. Patience is key when removing this item from its box. Numerous fragile elements include admission sign, hanging lamps, free, 3-D ticket booth sign and stately columns. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the accessory, such as the bottom. Do not hand by columns. Ave we stressed that enough? Removed for inspection and, possible, photos. The box and sleeve are in very good to excellent condition with minor shelf wear. We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection.
