Spire, chimney pipe, potted tree, and sign are fragile. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building. Dealer’s display item from a glass-enclosed, display cabinet. The box/sleeve were inadvertently discarded by the dealer’s staff. An EXTRA detachable, hanging sign will be included. These items are frequently lost or damaged.
