Dept 56 Christmas In The City Series. This building was used as a display piece in a Dept 56 store. This piece is from a 7,000 piece Limited Edition run in 2007. The building is in mint condition and absolutely beautiful. The box shows minor damage on a corner that is in a picture. We bought all remaining stock from a dealer who retired so I will be listing hundreds of various pieces of Dept 56. All of them are in new/almost new condition.
