This Department 56 Christmas in the City building belongs to a mega Dept. She owns nearly every building in every village and couldn’t possible display them all – and now dearly needs to downsize! Although the outside cellophane wrap has long since disappeared, this 2007 release, very fun building has never been out of the box. I had to gingerly open it up to inspect it for you. It’s in perfect condition with no chips, cracks, nicks, ticks…………. Or all of the other words used to describe damage. I didn’t want to unwrap the light cord – but no doubt it works just fine. This building rarely appears, don’t wait for another – this is the one you want. This building receives a solid A+!
