For your consideration, the Department 56, Christmas in the Village #59207 Empire State Building which is part of the Historical Landmark Series. This highly sought after piece was introduced in 2003 and has been retired for many years. At 25 inches high, it is one of the tallest buildings Department 56 has issued. It comes with a light adapter, a package which contains 4 American Flags and the steeple which can be lit in one of three colors, red, green or white. It also has it’s original box with Styrofoam packing. The box shows signs of wear and tear which I have tried to represent in the pictures. There is no paperwork or instructions. The building and it’s accessories are in mint condition and have never been displayed. All items are carefully packed – breakables are double boxed. I use bubble wrap, packing peanuts and air pillows. Please feel free to ask questions!
