This Dept 56 Crystal Gardens Conservatory is new in the original box. When I bought this at a Garage Sale the owner said it was new and never opened. I asked if I could cut the tape and inspect it for missing or broken parts. It has the 3 part Product Registration Card and Instructions for Hooking Up the Auxiliary Light Cord. The bag of fresh fallen snow is sealed. The Christmas Topiaries is in the bubble bag. The box is not perfect. The corners have some cruched edges but not too bad (See Last Photo).
