DEPARTMENT 56 ITEM NO. Christmas in the City – CIC “Ferrara Bakery & Cafe”. This building was introduced in 2007 and retired in 2009. It is hard to find and highly sought after. I don’t believe this one was ever displayed and is in MINT condition. Comes complete with sign. The original box is in Excellent condition with slight wear around the edges as seen in the photos. Please look at my photos as they are of the actual item you will be receiving. As you can see in the photos, the sign is still in the wrapping in the styrofoam. It too is in perfect condition. I understand some international customers do not like this service, but at this time it will be all that I offer.
