NEW Public Enemy #1 4036497. Stone Corner Posts with Holly Tree (Set of 2) 52649. Mill Creek Park Bench 56.52654. Salvation Army Band (Set of 6) 5985-4. Lot was in my grandparents Christmas closet. Stored in cool, clean, dry indoors. Ive visually inspected each piece and there arent any noticeable chips, cracks, missing pieces, etc. That I can see although I may have missed some because Im not an expert at this type of collectable. They all appear to be in near-flawless condition. All of the buildings come with plug-in light cord. All items in lot have original packing styrofoam and boxes unless indicated above. The boxes are in good condition with some minor shelf wear. Please understand that this item is used and may show some signs of wear, such as dirt, dust or surface scratches.
