Pre-owned and in very good condition. The porcelain building is clean with no cracks, chips, or repairs. All paint and details are intact. The interior light works, but the bulb needs to be replaced (standard Department 56 village replacement bulb). Wakefield Books building (East Village Shops collection). Original light cord. Original styrofoam insert. Original box (shows wear, creasing, and torn edges from storage). This is Wakefield Books (#4025243) from the Christmas in the City “East Village Shops” series by Department 56. Beautifully detailed piece with warm lighted windows, festive decorations, and classic storefront design. Perfect for collectors and for expanding any Christmas village display. The box/sleeve were inadvertently discarded by the dealer’s staff. An EXTRA detachable, hanging sign will be included. These items are frequently lost or damaged.
