Lights work, ball goes up and down as should! I do have a video of it working properly, if you would like to see the video before purchasing please send a message! Confetti remains unused, the additional packet of numbers are unopened. Taken out of the box to test but it looks like new. The box itself does have imperfections.

I’ve had experience, as well as many of experienced collectors, in the past of taking a piece out of the Styrofoam and it was in there so tight that the Styrofoam either cracked or broke off. I hope you can understand why all of my pictures are taken this way. For those interested, my home is smoke-free and pet-free.

Department 56 – Christmas in the City Series – The Times Tower Special Edition Gift Set #56.55510. Introduced in 1999 and retired in 1999. The building measures approximately 18″ tall x 4 3/4″ wide x 6 1/2 deep. The lights do work. I did get the ball to drop and go back up with some wriggling of the button. The building is in very good condition. The box has a tear on the lid and has some tape across it. This is a large piece and heavy. Please review all of the photos.
