Dept 56 The Majestic Theater Christmas in the City – Limited Edition Boxed 2009 One extremely small chip on the bottom left front of the front of Building. The very small chip (as shown in picture) almost appears as snow and would be easily hidden in setting or fixable. The rest of the building is in excellent condition. Pre-Owned Department 56 – Christmas in the City Lighted Building – The Ed Sullivan Theater. The building is in good condition with no visible cracks, chips or repairs. A light cord is included but the bulb is not. The original box and styrofoam are included. The box sleeve has some wear from use and storage. The UPC on the sleeve has been marked through with red permanent marker. The building measures approximately 9.75″ x 5.5″ x 5.125. Please see all photos for the best depiction of physical condition.
