White, green, & Red. Includes 4 American Flags for bottom of building. FOR SALE Dept 56 Empire State Building Collection:Christmas in the City. This highly sought after Department 56 Empire State building is a retired piece. Height: 23 1/2 in. This piece is in USED condition. The box is taped up, but covers the styrofoam packaging. The building is in tact and works fine. We DO NOT have the American flags that came with this piece. The sphere/dome at the top of the building lights up in red, green and white (which sort of looks blue). This all works fine. It also has yellow lights at the top and inside the building from the bulb on the plug in cord. Those yellow lights can be turned on or off as desired. Top changes colors from white/blue, to green to red. Light bulbs (original to the product and not replaced) go in the bottom to light up the entire structure and windows, but the top that changes colors is done separately. You select the color for the top or no color if you choose and it stays that color until you change it.
