Kringle & Sons Boutique is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The packaging is in fair condition – pleats, a few tears which have been repaired, the styrofoam is misshapen on one side, but does not cause any problem with styrofoam cover over the boutique, and a hole in the styrofoam bottom, but functional. It is a wonderful piece. It has all its pieces, and light cord. Background trees not included.

VERY limited production run. Includes the accessory “Picking the Perfect Tree”. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building. Dealer’s display item from a glass-enclosed, display cabinet. Box / sleeve with minimal shelf wear unless otherwise noted. The white speck on the front, center of the pavement is NOT a chip. It’s a small piece of display snow. The item was reboxed securely before the photos were reviewed. We recently received almost the entire Christmas in the City, Alpine Village, North Pole, Disney Parks Village series and other Dept 56 villages from a former dealer and serious collector who took great pride in her collection. In order to list as many pieces as quickly as possible, we may just show the box/sleeve in the photos. We absolutely promise that all buildings and accessories list are in perfect, working condition with all separate attachments included.
