DEPARTMENT 56 STUDIO 1200 SECOND AVE 25TH SILVER ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION EVENT LIMITED EDITION Item. This is a rare replica of the Architects and Engineers Building where Department 56 was once located in Minneapolis, MN. This is a special issue limited edition introduced and created for the year 2001 for Department 56 & The Original Snow Village collection 25. Silver Anniversary celebration held in Minneapolis. To commemorate those twenty-five years, collectors were invited a Silver Anniversary Celebration were special and limited editions were designed and only available at the event just for the momentous occasion. It has a special event stamp on bottom. 4 interior scenes, 3 depicting their products. The Original Snow Village, Snowbabies and The Heritage Village Collection. Size: 9 x 6 x8, item is heavy approx. Xcept for a tiny chip to the lower right base which is hardly noticeable, see photo #2, otherwise PERFECT. Black outer box is in fair condition & inner Styrofoam in excellent condition. This item is considered pre-owned, please review pictures as they are part of the description. In addition to extreme packaging, each item is labeled with fragile, handle with care labels in multiple locations on the box. However, please note I personally cannot be liable for damages during transit, it is the carriers liability. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that in the event your item is damaged in transit, that the following protocol be followed so that you can be reimbursed. Dept 56 Studio – 1200 Second Ave produced in 2001 is part of the Christmas in the City series. This was a special 25th anniversary building put in a special black sleeve. It was only available at the silver anniversary event. It is a replica of the Architect’s and Engineer’s building where Dept 56 was once located in Minneapolis, MN.
