This is a Dept. 56 “7400 Beacon Hill” 4030346 Limited Edition #d 706/2013 Christmas in the City Village Christmas building; it is signed by the artist (cannot make out who) on the bottom. The building has an illuminated component and comes with original box. It is in great condition.

Music In The City. Christmas In the City. It was 1920 when the Miami Beach boom began. One of the first hotels was the Flamingo Hotel at Bay and 15th During the 30’s the area continued to flourish with Art Deco architecture, which is still know for today. Hand crafted and hand painted porcelain lit building, includes light cord and bulb. Brand new in the original box with. The sleeve does have a small tear on the side. Old Store Stock – No chips or cracks – Exceptionally clean – This building is very large as it was an Inn in 1976 where the group of friends went to design, create and envision how to create a Christmas Village that could be placed and grow under your Christmas Tree each year – Signed. Refer to photo’s for approximate dimensions. Original Sleeve and Styrofoam Box has normal shelf wear and tear and/or may have bent or crushed edges, yellowing or brown spots or fading from age – the inside of the sleeve does have brown stains/fading from the acid in the sleeve.
