Up for sale is a 2006 Department 56 Christmas in the City® Series Flatiron Building #56.59260. MISSING LIGHT CORD & GARLAND/WREATHS. The small statue that attaches to the top is missing one of its heads (see photos). The original box is given no value since it is tattered and torn and has been somewhat repaired with tape. The Styrofoam is damaged and the original Styrofoam lid is missing. Other than some light staining on the underside of the foot, the building itself appears to be in good condition with no noticeable flaws or defects. It measures approximately 13 ½ tall x 9 ½ wide x 4 ¾ deep at its deepest point and weighs 6 ½ pounds (without packaging). I try to describe my listings honestly and accurately.
