56 Christmas In The City Series #56.58938 “Chez Monet”. It is in very good displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. The restaurant measures 9 1/2 inches high x 5 1/2 inches long x 4 inches wide. It comes with it’s light cord and sign. It has a great 3-D scene of a couple enjoying a romantic dinner. This listing is for a hard-to-find Dept 56 Christmas in the City FERRARA BAKERY! Piece has a great 3D scene showing baked goods in the window. The building that you will receive is in mint(no chips, cracks, repairs, missing parts) condition and is shown in pictures 3 through 8. It shows no signs of having been previously displayed. The box sleeve had some water exposure at some point and there is a bit of waving, and a rough surface on parts of it. It also has a notch on one side. It did not affect the building in any way. 56 Christmas In The City Retired #56.59249 Woolworth’s. The building stands 10 inches high x 5 1/2 inches long x 4 1/2 inches wide. It had been displayed and is in very good condition. The paint is in good condition there are no chips or cracks. It is a great piece to add to your village. The paper sleeve is in good clean condition. This is a hard to find piece. The detail is really nice and would be a great addition to your village display. Check out the interior scene of the soda jerk cleaning up the counter and a young man enjoying a soda.
