Department 56 Christmas In The City Flatiron Building. Rare Dept 56 piece in excellent condition. There are no cracks, chips, or damage of any kind. The box is in good condition as well with only one 1.5 tear at the top on one side of the cardboard sleeve. The inner styrofoam has no cracked of broken pieces. This comes with a single light cord which does a very good job of lighting the building up(see pic), although a double would of course be ideal. It comes out of a smoke free home. I will have this well packed and insured for safe arrival and piece of mind.
