Up for your consideration is. Department 56 Christmas in the City. #58950 building called “5TH AVENUE SALON”. The building features an exclusive salon on the first floor and a beauty academy on the second floor. Look through the window and see one client in a 3D scene under the dryer and receiving a manicure during a typical busy day. All stylists train at the Elite Beauty Academy above the salon, so they are skilled with their scissors, but they also color, perm, straighten and highlight with perfection. For added luxury, customers can schedule a manicure, makeover or massage as well. The building measures 6″ long x 5″ wide x 6 1/2 tall. It comes in its original styrofoam box and Dept. 56 sleeve which does show a little shelf wear. Also, the original light is enclosed. The building is brand new and has never been displayed.
