Figure is in excellent condition. Lights included and has been tested and works. Box may show some wear but good shape overall. NOTE: Previous owner used a small remote controlled LED candle to light it up instead of the light cord. I’ve been unable to get it out but unless you plan to shake it around, it won’t be an issue. Department 56 Christmas in the City Cathedral of Saint Paul. There is a moveable bell inside the church tower. Introduced December 2001 Retired December 2005 Everything looks to be in good shape. Box has some damage from storage. I’ve reviewed all items for flaws and done my best to note them. Items are in a smoke-free, pet-free home and if they are not new with tags they have been washed. New with tags may have a few stray pet hairs on them from the homes they come from. Thank you for purchasing from me!

Department 56 illuminated Cathedral of St. Paul, part of their Historical Landmarks Series of the Christmas in the City Collection. This was a special release commemorating the 25th Anniversary of Department 56. Includes original wiring and bulbs. 11 1/4 inches high, 11 inches long, and 8 inches wide. In Very good used working condition The cross on the front of the Church has been repaired (see Pics). This is the Patina version of the. It was retired in 2005. Does not include the original box.
