This is a rare Dept 56 Christmas In The City series display. It is used, so be sure to look at the pictures for the exact condition. Everything works and looks great, but the little bear does have a broken arm. It’s so hard to see that I doubt you’ll even notice it, but it is there. This is a great deal on a beautiful piece. A lot of people use these to set up towns for all sorts of things, especially trains. It is in the original box with original packaging.

Dept 56 Christmas in City Series Radio City Music Hall Ceramic House READ. The green garland has a bit of discoloration. A few of the lights on the right hand side of the building do not light up as shown in the picture above. The bottom has some sort of material glued to it. NO CHIPS NO CRACKS.
