The model appears to be new in open box. The tape seal on the styrofoam was opened to check the condition of the model inside. The golden Brooklyn Bridge plaque does have some defects (see 13th picture). The box has wear, tear and signs of humidity exposure from long term storage. If you have any requests or questions, ask before purchasing. Requests to remove packing slips or invoices will be ignored.

NEW DEPT 56 EAST HARBOR FERRY TERMINAL 59254 CHRISTMAS IN THE CITY VILLAGE OPEN. The East Harbor Ferry Terminal is new and unused in an open box. Comes with building, corded light, extra pieces, paperwork and box. The box is in acceptable condition which has wear including edge damage, wrinkles and tears. This was caused from storage.
