Up for your consideration is. Department 56 Christmas in the City. #799996 lighted building called St. It is a numbered limited-edition piece from 2008 and is marked 1407 out of 6000 on the bottom. The building measures 7.25 x 8.5 x 11.25. As for condition it is missing one pane of stain glass on the front window. Besides that there are no chips or cracks. It also comes with four crosses that are packaged separately and a light cord. It comes in its original styrofoam box and sleeve which does show wear and tear.
