This striking multi-story piece perfectly captures the warmth of a classic city brownstone adorned with elegant holiday window boxes, festive red-bowed garlands, and a detailed metal fire escape. This set is in Excellent Used Condition (EUC), complete with all its original parts, box sleeve, and custom styrofoam housing. Details & Specifications. Brand: Department 56. Series: Christmas In The City Series. Model Number: 4050913. Dimensions: 4.25″ x 5.25″ x 9.25. Condition & Feature Notes. Building Porcelain: The porcelain structure is in overall excellent condition with absolutely no cracks or chips. There is only minor cosmetic dust from display. Lighting Assembly: Includes a brand-new internal light cord. It has been fully tested and is confirmed working, casting a beautiful, cozy glow through every window. Hanging Light Accessory: The delicate hanging exterior lantern accessory is included and safely packaged. Tip for assembly: It can be a bit tricky to get on; please attach it slowly, giving it a gentle back-and-forth twist until it slots securely into place. Fire Escape Ladder: The side metal fire escape ladder is fully intact. Back Surface: Please note there is a small area of unknown dried residue on the unpainted ceramic back side of the building. Box & Packaging Condition: The original illustrated outer box sleeve and styrofoam insert are included.
