This is a Dept. 56 “7400 Beacon Hill” 4030346 Limited Edition #d 706/2013 Christmas in the City Village Christmas building; it is signed by the artist (cannot make out who) on the bottom. The building has an illuminated component and comes with original box. It is in great condition.

This is a part of historic district- numbered limited edition (see photos) Released 1/2013 Retired 12/2013 Original packaging- never displayed(to my knowledge) Inherited from family – does not appear to have been out of box- excellent condition.
