Brand New In Box. Grand Central Railway Station. Christmas In The City. This is a brand new in box Dept 56 “Grand Central Railway Station” Christmas In The City #58881. Introduced 1996 and retired 1999. Mint condition piece in original box & sleeve. Two-story rendition of New York City’s Grand Central Terminal. Arched colonade entry topped by balustrade. Access to platforms from side entrances. Brick building with formal elegant trim topped by clock. This item is brand new in box and comes in original outer sleeve and styrofoam. The sleeve has some wear but the item is brand new. I ripped some of the plastic sleeve the station comes in placing it back in the box after the photos. 56 Christmas In The City Series #58881 “Grand Central Station “. It is in excellent displayed condition. I have found no chips or cracks. It was well cared for. The building measures 8 1/2 inches high x 9 1/2 inches long x 6 inches wide. It comes with it’s light cord, and 2 little lamps for the building. It is a must have for your Christmas In The City display! It will be a great addition to your village display. Please check out the pictures! It has been stored in a smoke free home. The paper sleeve does have some wear from storage. Check out my other auctions for more great Dept. 56 and other items! Residents are charged Pa. I will do all I can to resolve any issue. I try to give a very accurate description but sometime I miss or forget to mention something but never intentionally.
