When plugged in, lighted first as green… Unplugged it, then re plugged… Red light came on… Both shown in our photos.. No little “power pack” came with this to change lights easily. White, green, & Red. Includes 4 American Flags for bottom of building. Has been displayed but all lights work and no chips or flaws in building. It is missing the flags and tabs on top though. Otherwise comes with light and original packaging.
