For sale I have a hard to find retired Dept. 56 item from the. Christmas in the City Series. This was a store display which sat on a covered shelf. The light was not used so is therefore new. The sign and lights were not used as well. The building is in mint condition. “Ferrara Bakery & Cafe” Item # 59272. Introduced in 2007 and retired in 2009. Size: 5.25″ x 4.75″ x 9.75. The building was difficult to take out of the styrofoam for the pictures. Just wanted to mention it in case it happens for you also. NOTE: I only sell to the lower 48 states, no int’l buyers please.
