Hand-painted with a multicolor finish, this collectible piece from Department 56 is part of the Christmas in the City collection and has a 1950s style. Perfect for adults, this original piece represents Defazio’s Pizzeria and is suitable for any room in the house. Made in China in 2002, this 3D effect building adds a charming touch to holiday decor. This piece is new the outer box corner shows a few dings and a small tear but otherwise in new condition.

Department 56 “DeFazio’s Pizzeria” from their Christmas in the City collection. Introduced in 2002, retired 2004. Never been set up, original plastic still on house as well as the meat hanging from the pizzeria. Accessory people included as well.

Christmas In The City – #68949 – DeFazio’s Pizzeria 2 piece set is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips that I can see, has original box, sleeve and lighting cord, box shows some wear from age and shelf storage. From a local estate where the former owner had rooms of Dept. 56 houses and accessories. Defazio’s Pizzeria comes in the original box and I can’t tell if it was ever displayed, may just have been stored. Bottom of the styrofoam has some brown spots and the box shows minor storage wear.

This is a great lot of dept 56 buildings for sale, this lot includes defazio’s pizzeria in very good condition with working lights and cords, royal oil company building in very good condition as well (missing small flag on top of building). Also included is the dept 56 village Express vehicle and one dept 56 decorated Christmas tree.
