Very hard to find Christmas in the City items. The box does show wear and minor damage – see photos. Building is in excellent condition – the left top corner does show a small defext. Comes in Original box/styrofoam and includes power cord. The matching accessory Christmas Cupckaes is also included – this piece is new in the original box. Never before displayed – however when comparing the box to the figurine it does appear that there are fewer cupcakes on the tray. Please see all photos.
