Old Store Stock – No chips or cracks – Exceptionally clean – This building is very large as it was an Inn in 1976 where the group of friends went to design, create and envision how to create a Christmas Village that could be placed and grow under your Christmas Tree each year – Signed. Refer to photo’s for approximate dimensions. Original Sleeve and Styrofoam Box has normal shelf wear and tear and/or may have bent or crushed edges, yellowing or brown spots or fading from age – the inside of the sleeve does have brown stains/fading from the acid in the sleeve.

Department 56 “DeFazio’s Pizzeria” from their Christmas in the City collection. Introduced in 2002, retired 2004. Never been set up, original plastic still on house as well as the meat hanging from the pizzeria. Accessory people included as well.

Up for your consideration is. Department 56 Christmas in the City. #59211 lighted building called “Harrison House”. This is a four-story classic townhouse with balconies and wrought iron fence with a gate. The building measures 4.5″ x 4″ x 10.75. It comes in its original styrofoam box and Dept. 56 sleeve which does show a little wear and tear. Also, the original light cord is enclosed as well. The building is brand new and has never been displayed. It was produced in 2003 and retired in 2005. Robin’s Vintage Finds. As I have a lot of other Department 56 buildings and accessories listed.

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, issue is the previous two flags broke off in the holes, you need to dig out broken pieces to insert the two new ones, or glue them on, original box and styrofoam.
