The building itself is in excellent condition. The original box is discolored and is not in great condition. A Department 56 Collectible. Christmas in the City. Old Store Stock – No chips or cracks – Exceptionally Clean. Scene inside Restaurant possibly Celebrating Valentine’s Day or at least Love! Coordinates well with Sterling Jewelers (see separate listing and sign on the side of the building referencing Sterling Jewelers). Has Original Light Cord. Styrofoam Box packaging and sleeve are present: Most of which are in excellent condition with minimal if any shelf wear. However, as they are 20+ years old, sleeve’s may have yellowing, stickers, brown stains, bent/crushed edges or wrinkles or a small amount of writing on them.
