Parts of the fence are bent and broken. There is also a missing plant on the top balcony. The railing could be broken off the rest of the way and I don’t think that would be as noticeable. Christmas in the City collection.

It is in great used condition with no chips or cracks and comes in its original box and packaging. Unfortunately, two of the four hanging lights are broken and missing. Only one good lamp is pictured, but I found one in the package after picturing. Dept 56 #56.59258. Introduced in May 2004 and retired in Dec 2007. Great addition to your collection.
