From Department 56’s Christmas In The City collection. 3- story red-brick playhouse featuring ” The Nutcracker Ballet” is embellished in gold trim and holiday accents. Marquee supports, nutcrackers with tree, sign, and potted plant attachments are fragile. A building with similar name was released in 2000. PLEASE BE SURE NOT TO CONFUSE THIS THEATRE WITH ANOTHER DEPARTMENT 56 “Majestic Theater” #56.58913. The word Theatre vs. Theater is different, as well as the building style, obviously. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building. Dealer’s display item from a glass-enclosed, display cabinet. Box / sleeve with minimal shelf wear unless otherwise noted. We appreciate being contacted for ANY questions, comments or concerns. Our packing team places each collectible box under UV light for 10 minutes per exposed surface, which has been shown to eradicate “germs” on the surface.
