From Department 56’s Christmas In The City collection. 3-story golden-brick building with downstairs coffee shop and upstairs residence. Spire, vent chimney, and sign are fragile. Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the building. TWO EXTRA HANGING SIGNS are included. These detachable, very fragile items can frequently be misplaced or broken. You’ll have two “backups” in the event that one of those situations occurs. Dealer’s display item from a glass-enclosed, display cabinet. Box with minimal shelf wear unless otherwise noted. THERE IS NO SLEEVE FOR THIS ITEM! The original styrofoam box is included which is then placed in an exact-fit, cardboard box. We appreciate being contacted for ANY questions, comments or concerns. Our packing team places each collectible box under UV light for 10 minutes per exposed surface, which has been shown to eradicate “germs” on the surface. Specific virus names cannot be listed here per policy (apparently); however, you know which one we are targeting. This process does not harm your collectible nor change the printing on the box. The building is in new condition and was only taken out of the box to check over for damage. The box is in good shape with only very minor wear. It is not sealed in the original plastic on the outside of the box. The styrofoam liner is in good condition. This building was released in December 2012 and was retired in December 2014.
